These Terms of Use govern the use of the services and website provided by Trust Research ("we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Use apply to all use of our services and this website.
2. Consultations and Engagements
Any consultation, inquiry, or communication submitted through this website does not constitute the formation of a contract. An investigation agreement shall be deemed concluded only when the scope of services and fees have been agreed upon in writing and a formal contract has been executed.
3. Prohibited Activities
Clients shall not request investigations for illegal or improper purposes, provide false or misleading information, or engage in any activity that infringes upon the rights of third parties.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any engagement if we determine that such conduct has occurred or is likely to occur.
4. Scope of Investigations
All investigations are conducted lawfully and in compliance with the Detective Business Act and other applicable laws and regulations. We do not undertake investigations that are prohibited by law.
5. Confidentiality
We will not disclose any information obtained through consultations or investigations to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law or otherwise permitted under applicable laws and regulations.
6. Disclaimer
We perform our services with reasonable care and professional diligence. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, including the actions or conduct of the subject of an investigation, the desired results may not always be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such circumstances.
7. Fees
All fees will be clearly disclosed in writing before the execution of a contract. No additional charges will be imposed without the client's prior agreement.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of our principal office as the court of first instance.
